Narcissistic Personality Disorder – Malignant & Insiduous

The majority of people have no idea that there are Narcissists (people with NPD). They think there are only sociopaths or psychopaths, because those are the ones that can potentially commit cold murder and are exposed through infamous cautionary tales. A Narcissist destroys your mind and soul with cold dead indifference, not a tangible weapon, so no one sees, but the victim. They, at most, become an infamous cautionary tale through sex scandal, and everyone say ‘meh. Their traits of Narcissistic disorder* stay hidden by media, friends, and family, who can’t put a finger on it anyway. Society is led to believe psychological harm isn’t as detrimental, like the DV (Domestic Violence) movement, giving physical injury priority over the less ‘obvious’ psychological or emotional injury. Suicide or fatal illnesses are seen as a personal problem, because it is only happening within the individual, and can’t tangibly be linked to cause by another. Mental health systems and awareness are severely lacking in true empathy and in exercising their understanding of psychological and emotional issues and abuses, and ironically we wonder why. #Narcissists.

Depression Hurts…Taboos Can’t Help

If you don’t know me, it’s clear, and so are you.

So here’s the lowdown. I have long suffered from depression and have recently suffered from panic attacks with agoraphobia. It’s a shitty life for someone with these issues, but God has continued to keep hope in me. I have made it through hoops and by myself, [only because] none of the initially significant people in my life have been able to come to terms with the reality of it all. Thanks to people who I’ve acquainted throughout the years I have often been able to continue to carry on as a functional part of a society.

Recently, though, I have been having to come to terms with the fact that you cannot just simply “live” it away, as if to say, you can’t just “keep doing” and one day “it too, shall pass…” The true reality is it is always there, it too often rears its ugly head and the world stops for moments, the moments pass, and there I go again.

As life changes, now, that is not enough. For, “simply living” becomes absolutely impossible. Now, truly healing has to be enough…

Ah! The Humanity!

To An Atheist or Someone With This Complex,

You are completely exhausting, I can’t keep listening if you keep having a say about everything all the time. Please, settle down, and take a breath. Don’t be so hasty as to reject vulnerability, fault, or dependency, as it is part of the human way.┬áIf you would halt speaking and seeming agitated for one moment, we could really get to know each other, like, what’s your favorite color? Do you enjoy the beach? What is your favorite childhood memory? I’m happy to know you, but let’s just make small talk from here on.

I’m Over It

Some humans hate so deeply who they know they are, who they think they may be, who they think people think they may be, that they become… They become whatever it is that they feel they can be, that they feel they must be, that they see others except them being; to survive; instead of ACTUALLY learning who they really are, who they were really meant to be, and who they really need to be to others. If you are spending your life trying to find yourself, feeling as if you are continually failing, if becoming something that makes sense is all you ever think about, you might be running from facing the truth. If you live in a life of self loathing and only thrive on others acceptance, you are. QUIT RUNNING… You are already made.
